This new studio in Sea Point offers rhythm based indoor cycling classes with a live DJ pumping some serious beats! 🎶 Literally the closest thing we’ve got to clubbing in years! 🕺

How DELISH does this look? 🤤

“𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
2 Slices @naturesharvestbread Light Multigrain Bread
38ml Unsweetened Cashew Milk
4.5g Light Butter
56g Banana
1g Sugar
8.5g @coolwhip
60g Strawberries
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Vanilla Extract
SF Syrup

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: In one bowl, combine egg whites, cashew milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Place bread into a bowl and allow to soak. Over medium low heat add butter to a pan and allow to melt. Add bread to the pan and cool on both sides. Grab your banana, cut in half and sprinkle sugar across the top. Use a cooking torch to achieve Brûlée. Add strawberries, cool whip, bananas and enjoy!”

CRISPY COCONUT & WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES 🤩🍪😍

We just had to share this delicious recipe with you, by the one and only @alex.bouwer👇  Makes 12  1 cup oat bran/rolled oats ½ cup collagen creamer (plant protein to be used for vegan alternative) @noa_andco  ¼ cup coconut sugar 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 1 cup shredded coconut 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup vegan butter, melted  Method: Preheat the oven to 180° C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper. Blend all dry ingredients together, except for shredded coconut, until fine.   Transfer to mixing bowl. Melt the butter and pour over the dry ingredients, using a spatula fold this in. Next stir in the vanilla followed by the shredded coconut. Make sure all ingredients are well incorporated. Pinch a spoonful size piece of dough and roll in your hands to form 12 balls. Evenly space these on the baking tray.   Place in the oven to bake for 5 minutes, use the back of a spoon to flatten down the cookie balls into discs. Bake for a further +/- 7 minutes until the edges are crisp and the bottoms are slightly browned.   Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before using a spatula to move them onto a wire rack to allow them to cool completely  Melt ½ cup white chocolate (vegan if required) at 30 second blasts in the microwave and stir with a fork in between. Drizzle or dip the cooled cookies with the chocolate and place in the fridge to set the chocolate Store the cookies in an airtight container in the fridge

500g diced carrots
2 onions chopped
3 minced garlic cloves
3 TBSP coconut oil
2 TSP whole cumin seeds
1 can coconut milk
400ml vegetable stock
Salt & pepper
Pita bread
