So let’s first just start with letting you know that this topic was the most requested subject we’ve ever had on this platform!

The thing is...

A large body of research suggests psilocybin (magic mushrooms) have therapeutic benefits for treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, so then why is the mushroom movement so underground (pun intended)?

Yes, we know it’s totally illegal, but if something is doing such amazing things and has such a positive effect on the mind and body, then why are we not giving this more screen time?

So we managed to find someone who would be willing to chat to us about the benefits and importance of these substances, giving us more insight into this underground world of psychedelics.

In short, microdosing involves taking very small doses of psychedelic dru*s, such as LSD or psilocybin mushrooms on a semi-regular basis in order to treat mental health issues or experience reported benefits such as improved:

• Focus

• Mindfulness
• Creativity levels

and decreased

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Stress
