The Mint Melon Refresher:

2 cups chilled coconut water
4 cups of watermelon
1 cup of strawberries
1 lime
1 kiwi (optional)

The Choc Cashew Cup

1 Tbs. cacao
4 pitted dates
1 cup coconut milk
2 bananas (frozen)
1 tbs. almond butter
½ avocado
1/3 cup Cashews
Pinch of cinnamon
Coconut shavings

Blend until smooth and pop into a bowl. Top with a handful of cacao nibs, banana, coconut shavings, almonds flakes and granola.
