Become A Fit Mamma

FitMom is a personal training business specialising in pre & postnatal fitness, head up by health and fitness enthusiast Ash Iovino. In addition to being a personal trainer and SWEAT1000 instructor, Ash is also a mother of two who is very passionate about women’s health – helping moms keep fit during their pregnancy and assisting women with getting into shape post pregnancy.

Our experience:

At first you may be intimidated by her lean physique and effortless fitness demonstrations, but don’t be fooled by this hot mamma’s tight tush, Ash is the perfect combo of sweet and strong (Reese Weatherspoon meets Tomb Reider).

She posseses a fiery ambition to see all her clients succeed whilst still conveying compassion and kindness. Being a mother of two and knowing what it feels like starting from scratch, she’s able to resonate with moms and women alike, eager to break out of their comforts and prioritise their health.

Our session with Ash flew by as we swiftly moved from one exercise to the next incorporating bursts of cardio and equipment focusing on abs, legs and arms. We were busting out moves in piles of our own sweat whilst Ash cheered us on and ensured our form was always on point.

To get a mums perspective we took along our yummy mummy Ilze Bylos, who machined from one exercise to the next despite not having done exercise since giving birth seven months ago! So when Ilze shared in our praises, we knew we’d found another top trainer…

    A “power hour” sounds like a great idea to cram some good cardio and aerobic activity into a short space of time…mom’s have limited time!

    Hi Ashleigh.Although not a mom,your blog is such an inspiration to all moms.Today whilst running next to you and attending so many of your sweat1000 classes I can honestly say ,your transformation and amazing figure is so much to ladies who are battling weight loss to look up too.I attend sweat1000 very regularly(5-6times a week) and have had very good results at the beginning and constantly increasing my strength but I feel I’m reaching a plateau and need to change things up a bit ..Would love to win a class with you and perhaps start incorporating your training sessions into my current regime xxx

    I have recently reached the point where running is just too uncomfortable so I need something to replace all those wonderful endorphins I was getting from the trail! I would love a power hour with Ash so I can start learning how to look after this bod and keep this preggy belly from expanding all the way down to my knees!!
