Raw Snickers Bar

We all love a good Snickers Bar, but this time we’re taking it to the next level and commissioned our raw recipe goddess, Keri Lupini, to find a healthy (but equally as yummy) alternative! She didn’t disappoint and the recipe is surprisingly super simple!

Ingredients: 1st Layer

60g almond flour
4 big tbs peanut butter
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or peanut butter)
2 tbs agave or maple syrup

Mix all in a blender. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press mixture in and freeze for 1 hour.

Ingredients: 2nd Layer
3 tbs peanut butter
Chopped peanuts

Spread over the top of mixture and sprinkle chopped peanuts over and press down gently. Freeze for 1 hour.

Ingredients: 3rd layer
150g of 85% dark chocolate (make your own – raw cacao, coconut oil and maple syrup)
1 tbs coconut oil

Slice into bars or bite size pieces. Melt 150g of 85% dark chocolate with 1 tbs coconut oil. Dip pieces into chocolate and place on baking paper and back into freezer. Best after a night in the freezer!
